We are Hiring – Post Graduate Project Engineer

We are looking for a Post Graduate Mechanical Engineer to fulfill the role of Project Engineer to join our busy mechanical pipeline and process team who is looking to develop their career.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering solutions for a wide range of projects, including piping, plating, vessel fabrication, testing and installation.

    • You are well educated, preferably you have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    • General awareness of the Petrochemical, Energy, Brewing & Distillation sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with Operations team to ensure all project work complies with TPMG processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
  • Support Operations team with project delivery gaining exposure to engineering best practice.
  • Work as part of the Operations team to develop high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Support the Operations team to develop reports, calculations, specifications, and procedures.
  • Conduct analysis and design using advanced software packages.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, client specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Prepare and review design documentation, feasibility reports, and equipment specifications.
  • Attend sites throughout the UK to carry out detailed site surveys with a view to building project quotations based upon survey findings
  • Collaborate with Operations team to understand project deliverables.
  • Work on-site with some periodic work away from home

Hours:

  • Full-time
  • Monday – Thursday, 07.30 – 16.30
  • Friday 07.30 – 13.00
  • Overtime Available
